Originally I called A-Tex whose voice mail said I wiil call you back in 48 hours. I called Jeff who called back immediately. The service provided was troubleshooting and a new filter. Within 24 hours (and it was the weekend) he had me up and working in less time than A-Tex could return a phone call. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt and friendly. 10/10 service.

We absolutely love our hot tub! Jeff was very patient with all of my questions, I did not know anything about hot tubs. He sent me pictures and even videos.
